We act as a facilitator: we provide the technology that lets opportunity seekers discover and apply, and lets organizations reach qualified candidates.

Information we collect

From individual users (applicants)

  • Account information: your name, email address, password, and profile photo
  • Profile details: education history, work experience, skills, CV or resume uploads, and any bio you choose to add
  • Application data: cover letters, answers to application questions, and any documents you submit when applying to an opportunity
  • Activity data: opportunities you view, save, or apply to; search queries; login timestamps
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited

From organizations (opportunity posters)

  • Account information: organization name, contact person name, email address, and password
  • Organization profile: website, logo, industry, description, and location
  • Opportunity listings: titles, descriptions, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and any attachments
  • Billing information: payment method details (processed via a third-party payment provider we do not store card numbers)
  • Activity data: applications received, messages sent, and login history

Information collected automatically

When you use our platform, we automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5 for details.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Create, manage, and authenticate your account
  • Display personalized opportunity matching based on profile

Information shared with companies

When you apply to an opportunity, the information you include in your application including your profile, CV, and any answers you provide is shared with the organization that posted it. This is the core purpose of our platform.

Before applying, review exactly what information will be shared. You control what is in your profile, and you can choose what to include or exclude from each application.

We may also share your information with:

  • Service providers: who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict data processing agreements
  • Payment processors: for billing purposes related to organization accounts
  • Compliance: law enforcement or regulatory bodies, if required by law or to protect our users
  • Corporate transactions: a successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets you will be notified of any such change

We do not share your information with any organization unless you have applied to one of their opportunities, or you have otherwise consented.
